ROSSI & CROWLEY, LLP has extensive experience in general business and commercial law.  We provide general legal advice to our numerous business clients involving shareholder agreements, LLC operating agreements, buy-sell agreements, employment contracts, partnership agreements and government regulatory matters.  We also assist those clients with real estate and leasing matters, as well as third-party contracts with their customers and clients. 
 
In addition to serving as general counsel to many business clients, we have represented clients in the formation, purchase, and sale of various business entities.  The type of businesses include construction and architect/engineering firms, real estate developers, restaurants and bars, and retail and manufacturing companies. 
 
As in the other areas of our practice, our goal is to provide individualized services to each of our clients, which will best serve the client's particular needs and business.
